Returning Clients!
We made it to another tax season! We’re so glad that we are here together.
In order to get added to our tax prep queue please complete the following steps:
Upload all tax documents to our client portal - if you don’t have a portal account please email hello@magnoliamgmt.com and we will set you up with one. Please note that we will be checking that email once a week.
Complete any of the following organizers applicable to your tax situation. Only use these forms if we do not prepare bookkeeping for the source of income.
Once we have ALL of your documents you will be added to our queue. Clients are added based on the date that information is received. Once you have completed the above steps we will communicate with you directly for questions, clarifications, or items needed. When returns are complete we will email you a summary and a link to schedule a meeting to review your returns.
Please note that in order to complete your returns by April 15th, 2024 we will need all of your tax documents no later than March 15th, 2024. If received after that date we will file an extension for you and complete your returns when we return from our post tax day break.
If you prefer to mail us your tax documents those can be sent to PO Box 960 Willamina OR 97396.
