Returning Clients!
Follow these steps to get added to our tax prep queue:
Upload all tax documents to our client portal - if you don’t have a portal account please email hello@magnoliamgmt.com and we will set you up with one. Please note that we will be checking that email once a week.
Complete any of the following organizers applicable to your tax situation. Only use these forms if we do not prepare bookkeeping for the source of income.
Once we have ALL of your documents you will be added to our queue. Clients are added based on the date that information is received. Once you have completed the above steps we will communicate with you directly for questions, clarifications, or items needed. When returns are complete we will email you a summary and a link to schedule a meeting to review your returns.
If you prefer to mail us your tax documents, they can be sent to PO Box 960 Willamina OR 97396.
